My final piece of Snooze/SCG 1980's ephemera

This is the last piece of paperwork I have connected with Snooze and the Stirchley Community Group of the 1980's. It appears to be a flyer with up to date news and explaining what/who Stirchley Community Group are. Not sure of the date, and it would be interesting to find out, as it mentions that the indoor bowls was used for roller skating out of the bowling season, when first built. A wooden floor was made and laid over the bowling surface at the end of the season, creating a large function area and making the bowls a multi functional building.

Stirchley Carnival programme 1986

The second Stirchley Carnival, and the first to have it's own programme, printed in A5 size. The previous carnival programme was incorporated into issue 9 of Snooze.

This looks like a relaunch of Snooze, in a new size (A5), and with a thicker quality cover of coloured paper. There is no issue number, just a date.

This is the last Snooze I have. However, I do have four programmes from Stirchley Carnival, years 86 to 89, and will be publishing those shortly. They are of interest as they contain business adverts from that era, particularly interesting now as many of the businesses named are long gone!

Snooze - Stirchley News issue 24 July/Aug/Sept 1988

At first, there appears to be a continuity problem with the dates here, the last Snooze covered Feb/March so April/May/June appear missed out. I've checked the Carnival programme for the same year and it does incorporate an issue of Snooze, I assume to cover those missing months.
